Personal work is where the rules loosen and the curiosity takes over. Outside of freelance and agency projects, I make a point to keep creating for the sake of it, exploring new mediums, following references down rabbit holes, and letting the research be just as much a part of the process as the making. It's how I stay sharp, stay inspired, and how a lot of my best ideas find their way back into client work.
